This course is designed to help workers understand and support mental health in the workplace. Participants will learn about common mental health issues, recognise the characteristics of a mentally healthy workplace, and understand their rights and responsibilities regarding mental health. The course also covers how to engage in careful, supportive conversations about mental health, including guidance on disclosure. With a focus on self-care, this training equips workers to maintain their own well-being while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
