  • Hand hygiene: the “5 Moments,” correct techniques, and personal accountability.

  • Standard precautions and Transmission-Based precautions.

  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workplace responsibilities.

  • Managing infectious outbreaks, reporting, documentation, and communication.

  • Safe cleaning, waste management, spill response, and antibiotic stewardship.
